## Description

Salary Range:  
\- $3500-$5000  
  
Job Responsibilities:  
\- Prepare and develop Electrical BIM models and drawings for residential projects.  
\- Produce coordinated Electrical layouts, shop drawings, and as-built drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.  
\- Perform BIM coordination with Architectural, Structural, and other M&E services.  
\- Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues.  
\- Update BIM models according to project/site changes and consultant comments.  
\- Coordinate closely with Project Engineers, site teams, consultants, and other subcontractors.  
\- Ensure drawings and BIM models comply with project requirements and submission standards.  
  
Job Requirements:  
\- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, BIM, or related discipline.  
\- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.  
\- Good understanding of Electrical systems and M&E coordination.  
\- Must have hands-on Electrical BIM Modeller experience in Singapore HDB or Condominium residential projects.  
\- Candidates without HDB or Condo Electrical BIM experience will not be considered.
