Experience & Qualification Requirements  
\-20+ years of senior corporate finance leadership in heavy engineering, power, rail, or infrastructure.

\-Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in MFRS 15 contract accounting, treasury, statutory reporting, and tax.  
\-Executive Presence: Strong track record presenting to boards, institutional investors, and regulators.  
\-Professional Credentials: Professional accounting qualification required (CPA, CFA, or equivalent).
