## Description

Location:  
\- Māngere, Auckland 2022, New Zealand  
  
Salary Range:  
\- 60k-80k NZD per annum  
  
Key Responsibilities:  
  
Lead Management & Sales:  
\- Follow up on incoming leads and manage client enquiries.  
\- Conduct site visits and client consultations.  
\- Understand client requirements and provide professional advice.  
\- Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and scope breakdowns.  
\- Negotiate and close deals professionally.  
  
Estimation & Costing:  
\- Perform cost estimates and quantity take-offs.  
\- Calculate material and labour costs for renovation projects.  
\- Ensure pricing aligns with company margin targets.  
  
Business Development:  
\- Develop own client base through networking and referrals.  
\- Identify and explore new renovation opportunities.  
\- Maintain relationships with repeat customers.  
\- Contribute to the growth of the A&A department.  
  
Coordination & Communication:  
\- Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams.  
\- Coordinate with purchasing and site supervisors.  
\- Ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.  
\- Maintain strong client relationships from enquiry to job completion.  
  
Job Requirements:  
\- Minimum 1 year of experience in construction sales, renovation coordination, or a related role.  
\- Ability to interpret basic building plans.  
\- Ability to prepare cost estimates and quotations for A&A projects.  
\- Basic knowledge of material and labour costing.  
\- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.  
\- Strong written and verbal communication skills.  
\- Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team.  
\- Full New Zealand Driver Licence.  
\- Tertiary qualification in construction, business, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
