Job Title: Commercial Leasing Manager | Grade A KLCC Asset

Key Responsibilities:  
\- Lead end-to-end leasing operations and manage agency relations for a 300,000 square foot commercial property.  
\- Execute strategies to maximize rental yields while ensuring high occupancy and tenant retention.  
\- Implement marketing programs to attract high-value new tenants and secure optimal rental rates.  
\- Oversee the entire leasing lifecycle, including site viewings, tenancy agreement preparation, and space handover.  
\- Monitor and manage the activities of exclusive and direct property agencies to achieve leasing targets.  
\- Maintain positive landlord-tenant relationships, handle renewals, and resolve complex operational enquiries.  
\- Oversee the successful launch and operational commencement of a new heath studio.  
\- Prepare strategic quarterly board slides and monthly performance presentations for the Singapore regional headquarters.  
  
Required Experience:  
\- Degree in Marketing, Property Management, or Real Estate Management from a recognized institution.  
\- Three to five years of specialized experience managing Grade A commercial office leasing.  
\- Proven track record of working with international property agencies.  
  
Preferred/Bonus Experience:  
\- Familiarity with the Autocount System for digital tenant database management and rental collection.  
\- Existing network of corporate contacts within the retail and office building industry.
