About Our Client:  
\- Top Chinese securities firm  
  
Location:  
\- Hong Kong  
  
Responsibilities:  
\- Structure, price, and execute structured notes and OTC derivatives, delivering customized investment and hedging solutions for clients.  
\- Collaborate with sales and trading teams on structuring, pricing, term negotiation, and trade execution.  
\- Monitor portfolio risks and conduct daily hedging, including management of Greeks, volatility, and interest rate risks.  
\- Liaise with quants, risk, compliance, and operations teams to ensure full compliance with SFC regulations and internal policies.  
\- Prepare term sheets, transaction documents, and internal approval materials.  
\- Support product innovation and business development initiatives.
