Job Description: Institutional Clients Sales & Marketing  
  
About Our Client:  
\- Top Chinese securities firm  
  
Location:  
\- Hong Kong  
  
Responsibilities:  
\- Source new institutional clients for trading cash equities and equities derivatives  
\- Maintain and develop business relationships with institutional clients in Hong Kong and the Asia Pacific region  
\- Analyse real-time market information to solicit and offer trading ideas  
\- Produce marketing materials and PowerPoint presentations  
\- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new business  
\- Organize and participate in roadshows, sales, and marketing events in Hong Kong and the Asia Pacific region  
  
Pre-requisites:  
\- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, or related disciplines from a reputable institution  
\- Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience with a strong record of sales accomplishments  
\- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong institutional client relationships  
\- Solid knowledge of Hong Kong and China equity markets, capital markets products, and regulatory environment  
\- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills  
\- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal
