Job responsibilities:  
\- Provide expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal matters affecting the company.  
\- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.  
\- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations and strategic initiatives.  
\- Manage and oversee external legal counsel and coordinate legal strategies for litigation and dispute resolution.  
\- Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends to proactively address potential legal issues.  
\- Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure the company's compliance with legal standards.  
\- Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making processes and provide strategic legal insights.  
\- Advise on intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights, to protect the company's assets.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.  
\- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably within the technology or AI industry.  
\- Strong knowledge of contract law, intellectual property law, and regulatory compliance.  
\- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.  
\- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.  
\- Proven track record of managing complex legal projects and providing strategic legal advice.  
\- High ethical standards and integrity in handling confidential information.
