What you will do:  
\-Manage package cost control, budgeting, and monthly CVR reporting

\-Identify commercial risks and schedule impacts early in site delivery  
  
  
Experience you need:  
\-QS degree with established main contractor site delivery background  
\-Proven track record handling complex building, industrial, or high-tech builds  
\-Hands-on expertise in progress claims, variations, and cost control  
  
  
Nice to have / Bonus:
