Job responsibilities:  
1\. Sales & Revenue Growth  
• Drive sales initiatives for programmes, events, camps, and services offered by BPA.  
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet enrolment and revenue targets.  
• Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to convert leads and retain clients.  
• Monitor sales performance and prepare forecasts and reports.  
  
2\. Business Development  
• Identify and develop partnerships with preschools, schools, corporations, and community organisations.  
• Seek new opportunities to promote BPA's programmes and services.  
• Support outreach activities, events, and roadshows to generate leads.  
  
3\. Customer Relationship Management  
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, students, and partners.  
• Address customer enquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.  
• Identify opportunities for programme upgrades and renewals.  
  
4\. Reporting & Administration  
• Maintain accurate records of leads, enrolments, and sales activities.  
• Prepare basic sales and business development reports.  
• Assist with proposals, quotations, and partnership documentation.  
  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.  
\- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the sports, education, or training industry.  
\- Strong understanding of sales principles and business development strategies.  
\- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  
\- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.  
\- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.  
\- Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.  
\- A results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.  
\- Passion for sports, education, or the arts is a plus.  
\- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events or client meetings.
