Private Wealth Management - Fund Specialist  
  
About our client:  
\- Top Chinese securities firm  
  
Location:  
\- Hong Kong  
  
Responsibilities:  
\- Lead the end-to-end fund onboarding process, including due diligence, internal approvals, and cross-departmental coordination for product launches.  
\- Provide Relationship Managers (RMs) with technical advisory on fund selection and portfolio construction to drive Assets Under Management (AUM) and revenue growth.  
\- Oversee the fund lifecycle by managing transactions, monitoring performance, and executing mandatory annual due diligence reviews.  
\- Define business requirements and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for fund systems to streamline operational and sales workflows.  
  
Pre-requisites:  
\- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.  
\- 3–5 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or fund distribution.  
\- Knowledge of mutual funds, private funds, asset allocation, and risk-rating frameworks.  
\- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.  
\- Professional fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English.  
\- Compliance-focused with high attention to detail in document review and transaction monitoring.
