## Description

Key Responsibilities  
1\. Business Strategy & Market Expansion  
• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the Cambodia market.  
• Identify new business opportunities, revenue streams, and market expansion initiatives.  
• Take ownership of local business performance, revenue targets, and commercial objectives.  
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.  
  
2\. Business Development & Strategic Partnerships  
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with local business partners, financial institutions, payment providers, and industry stakeholders.  
• Develop new client acquisition channels and strategic partnerships to expand market reach.  
• Lead business negotiations and identify opportunities for long-term commercial collaboration.  
• Strengthen the company's local business network and market presence.  
  
3\. Operations & Compliance  
• Oversee local business activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a positive client experience.  
• Work closely with internal teams, including Operations, Finance, Product, Technology, Legal, and Compliance.  
• Ensure business activities align with applicable local regulations, internal policies, and compliance requirements.  
• Support local regulatory and licensing matters in coordination with relevant teams.  
4\. Team Leadership & Performance Management  
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing local team.  
• Set clear business objectives, monitor performance, and provide coaching to achieve targets.  
• Foster a collaborative, results-driven, and accountable working environment.  
  
5\. Marketing & Brand Development  
• Work with Marketing teams to develop localized campaigns and business growth initiatives.  
• Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and market positioning.  
• Represent the business at relevant industry events, networking sessions, and partner meetings.
