## Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales & Marketing Team Leader to join their expanding team in Vietnam. The successful candidate will possess a background in the iGaming industry, demonstrate strong leadership abilities, and be capable of driving business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.  
  
Key Responsibilities:  
\- Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.  
\- Develop and execute marketing, promotion, and user acquisition strategies for Sportsbook and Lottery products.  
\- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure achievement of KPIs.  
\- Recruit, train, and motivate team members to build a high-performing team.  
\- Identify new market opportunities, growth channels, and partnership opportunities.  
\- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, affiliates, and key customers.  
\- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to improve business performance.  
\- Collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Service, and Product teams to support business growth.  
\- Prepare regular reports and provide recommendations for improving team productivity and market performance.  
  
Requirements:  
\- Minimum 1 year of team management experience.  
\- Previous experience in the iGaming industry is required.  
\- Experience in Sportsbook or Lottery products is highly preferred.  
\- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.  
\- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.  
\- Strong understanding of online marketing, user acquisition, and customer retention strategies.  
\- Familiarity with the Vietnam market and local user behaviour is an advantage.  
\- Native Vietnamese speaker preferred.  
\- Candidates with Chinese or English communication skills will be given priority.  
\- Must travel for work when required.
