## Description

Salary Range:$7000-$9000

Job Responsibilities:  
\- Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and overall project progress  
\- Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams  
\- Supervise electrical installation works to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion  
\- Monitor manpower, materials, costs, and project resources  
\- Review drawings, specifications, and resolve site technical issues  
\- Identify and manage project risks, delays, and site constraints  
\- Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates  
\- Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspection, and project handover  
\- Ensure all works comply with HDB requirements, relevant electrical standards, and safety regulations  
\- Provide technical guidance and leadership to the project team  
  
Job Requirements:  
\- Minimum 6–10 years' experience as a Project Manager / Project Engineer in electrical construction  
\- Minimum 1 completed HDB BTO project is REQUIRED  
\- Experience in HDB, residential, or building electrical projects is preferred  
\- Strong knowledge of electrical installation, testing, and commissioning  
\- Good understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and manpower planning  
\- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field  
\- Able to work independently and manage multiple project activities
