Design Manager (PMC / Data Centre) – CSA & MEP Integration  
  
Location:  
\- Johor Bahru  
\- 1 year contract (extendable)

Key Responsibilities:  
\- Manage the complete design lifecycle, acting as a bridge between global clients, consultancies, and contractors.  
\- Conduct technical constructability reviews to ensure design feasibility.  
\- Resolve complex MEP and structural layout clashes using BIM/Navisworks.  
\- Drive local authority permitting workflows (TNB, DOSH, BOMBA) to secure building clearances and final Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC).  
  
Requirements:  
\- 8 to 12+ years of experience in technical design management or multi-disciplinary coordination for heavy industrial, utility, or mission-critical data center projects.  
\- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian UBBL codes and local statutory submission processes.  
\- Proven ability to manage complex interfaces between consultants and contractors.
