Job responsibilities:  
\- Oversee daily operations of the Xiaomi store at Aeon Mall Ha Dong/Hai Phong, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.  
\- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.  
\- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and inventory levels, to identify areas for improvement.  
\- Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic, increase sales, and enhance the overall customer experience.  
\- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including visual merchandising and store cleanliness.  
\- Manage inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize stock discrepancies.  
\- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.  
\- Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to senior management.  
\- Collaborate with marketing and regional teams to execute promotional campaigns and events.  
\- Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff by adhering to safety and security protocols.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.  
\- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role, preferably in the consumer electronics or technology sector.  
\- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.  
\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and team members.  
\- Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.  
\- Proficient in using retail management software and Microsoft Office applications.  
\- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with attention to detail.  
\- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.  
\- Fluency in Vietnamese and proficiency in English is required.  
\- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
