Industry - Main Con (Data Center Project)  
  
Responsibilities:  
Proven experience handling large-scale projects, preferably: Data centres Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of:  
\-PAM contracts (Malaysia)  
\-Contract administration - Claims and variation management  
\-Procurement and tendering  
\-Cost control and budgeting  
\-Dispute Resolution - Data Centre-Specific Experience Scope:  
\-Leading QS teams.  
\-Stakeholder management with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.  
\-Negotiation and risk management.  
\-Strategic planning and commercial decision-making  
  
Requirements:  
\-Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related field.  
\-Work Experience 12–15 years of relevant experience in construction contracts and commercial management.  
\-At least 5 years in a senior management position (Senior Manager, Head of Contracts, AGM level, etc.).
