Responsibilities:  
  
Investor Relations:  
\- Represent the firm professionally in correspondences with stakeholders.  
\- Support the subscription and redemption processes.  
\- Participate in sales and client servicing efforts, including data entry, analysis, reporting, arranging meetings/trips, and conducting market research.  
\- Assist with the production and distribution of marketing materials.  
\- Help with ad-hoc investor requests and enquiries, such as DDQ.  
  
Compliance:  
\- Provide support to risk management, compliance, and legal matters.  
\- Handle selected tasks, including account opening, regulatory filing, license application, and compliance approvals.  
\- Draft and update compliance policies and procedures.  
\- Participate in process-enhancement projects with stakeholders.  
\- Assist with transaction due diligence, legal document review, and vendor/system onboarding.  
  
Operations:  
\- Support operational tasks including trade confirmation, reconciliation, settlement, NAV calculation, risk reporting, and corporate actions.  
\- Draft and update operational policies and procedures.  
\- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
