## Description

Responsibilities:  
\- Lead the end-to-end delivery of initiatives to establish and expand commodities trading capabilities in China (onshore and offshore), covering regulatory, operational, and technology workstreams.  
\- Manage project delivery across entity setup, licensing/registrations, infrastructure build-out, and go-live readiness.  
\- Conduct detailed business analysis across front-, middle-, and back-office workflows for commodities and/or securities trading, including trade capture, risk, confirmations, settlement, and reporting.  
\- Oversee the selection, implementation, and integration of trading, risk, and post-trade systems such as OMS/EMS, ETRM/CTRM, risk, and middle-office platforms.  
\- Collaborate closely with China-based regulators, exchanges/clearing venues, banks/brokers, and third-party vendors.  
\- Ensure adherence to relevant Chinese regulatory requirements, including reporting and record-keeping obligations.  
\- Coordinate across global business, operations, legal, risk, and technology teams to align the China build with global standards and controls.  
\- Identify and proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.  
\- Prepare key documentation including business cases, project plans, governance updates, process maps, and stakeholder communications.
