International Index Capital Markets Senior Manager

Responsibilities:  
\- Establish and maintain relationships with market makers, authorized participants, exchanges, and other stakeholders to ensure robust ETF liquidity and efficient trading.  
\- Monitor ETF trading volumes, spreads, premiums/discounts, and other relevant data; analyze market liquidity and provide trading guidance.  
\- Participate in the development and listing of new ETF products, offering capital markets expertise, and support client education and marketing initiatives.  
\- Analyze ETF industry trends based on economic, political, regulatory, and capital market developments to support investment decisions.  
  
Pre-requisites:  
\- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.  
\- Master’s degree or above in Economics, Finance, or related fields from a top-tier domestic or international university; CFA or equivalent professional designation preferred.  
\- Deep understanding of ETFs and the ETF capital markets ecosystem, with familiarity in related investment tools.  
\- Fluent in both Chinese and English with excellent communication skills; proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively collaborate across departments.  
\- Solid knowledge of ETF trading technologies, tools, and processes.  
\- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results efficiently.  
\- Self-motivated and capable of independently driving business outcomes.
