Head of Plant & Machinery (Rolling Stock)  
  
Location & Working Hours  
\- Based at KL Workshop  
\- 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities  
\- Provide strategic and operational management of all plant, machinery, vehicles, and workshop functions supporting rail and infrastructure projects.  
\- Ensure asset availability, regulatory compliance, cost control, safety, and disciplined workforce management across depots and project sites.  
\- Lead preventive maintenance, asset management, and workshop operations to support project delivery and operational efficiency.  
  
Requirements  
\- 7–15 years of experience in plant & machinery management within rail, infrastructure, or heavy construction environments.  
\- Demonstrated leadership experience managing large fleets of plant, machinery, and vehicles.  
\- Hands-on experience with regulatory compliance, licensing, insurance, and accident claims.

\- The current hiring need is for a rail project involving track works, civil structures, signaling, electrification, and depots.
