## Description

Job responsibilities:  
\- Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from concept through to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.  
\- Design, develop, and optimize mechanical systems and components for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.  
\- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, software, and process engineers, to ensure integrated system performance.  
\- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate design options and project viability.  
\- Oversee the preparation of detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation.  
\- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.

Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.  
\- Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the semiconductor industry.  
\- Proven track record of leading complex engineering projects and teams.  
\- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, CAD software, and simulation tools.  
\- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.  
\- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.  
\- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
