Key Responsibilities  
\- Identify and acquire potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, meetings, networking events, trade shows, and career fairs.  
\- Manage the full sales process, including needs analysis, solution pitching, negotiation, and follow-up.  
\- Prepare client proposals, quotations, contracts, and other necessary documentation.  
\- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to grow accounts.  
\- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.  
  
Requirements  
\- At least a Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related fields.  
\- Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development.  
\- B2B sales experience preferred.  
\- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.  
\- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.  
\- Confident in engaging stakeholders across all levels, from middle management to senior decision-makers.
