Job Title: Customer Support Manager – Latin American Operations  
  
Key Responsibilities:  
\- Oversee and manage customer support activities for Latin American markets.  
\- Lead and mentor a team of customer support representatives to ensure high-quality service.  
\- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.  
\- Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them in a timely and professional manner.  
\- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Requirements:  
\- Fluency in both Portuguese and English is mandatory.
