About the Role:  
At Dandelions, we are seeking an individual who is passionate about good design, beautiful cafés, social media, and storytelling. If you appreciate café aesthetics, enjoy creating content, and are inspired by visual trends, you may be the perfect fit for our team.  
  
Key Responsibilities:  
  
Content Creation & Social Media:  
\- Create engaging and visually appealing content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.  
\- Conceptualise, shoot, and edit photo and video content that reflects our brand identity.  
\- Capture café ambience, food, drinks, customer experiences, and behind-the-scenes moments.  
\- Produce both static and short-form video content that aligns with current trends.  
\- Assist in content planning, scheduling, and social media execution.  
  
Design & Marketing:  
\- Design promotional materials, posters, advertisements, and marketing assets.  
\- Brainstorm creative campaign ideas and content concepts.  
\- Stay updated on social media trends, café culture, and digital marketing best practices.  
\- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.  
  
Operational Support (When Required):  
As a café-first business, there may be occasions where you will support basic operations during peak periods, including:  
\- Assisting with cashiering.  
\- Serving customers.  
\- Clearing and resetting tables.  
\- Supporting overall customer experience and store operations.  
  
Who We’re Looking For:  
\- Polytechnic or University students are welcome to apply.  
\- Strong creative eye and appreciation for café, lifestyle, and food aesthetics.  
\- Passionate about content creation, photography, videography, and social media.  
\- Naturally curious about trends and enjoys bringing fresh ideas to the table.  
\- Comfortable being behind the camera and creating content independently.  
\- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.  
\- Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, or similar creative tools.  
  
Bonus Points If You:  
\- Have an Instagram, TikTok, or portfolio showcasing your creative work.  
\- Love discovering beautiful cafés, brands, and visual trends.  
\- Enjoy storytelling through photos and videos.  
\- Have experience creating aesthetic food, coffee, or lifestyle content.
