## Description

Salary Range:  
\- $3500-$5000  
  
Job Responsibilities:  
\- Plan, execute, and optimize SEM campaigns, particularly Google Ads, based on campaign objectives and performance targets.  
\- Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and make ongoing adjustments to improve leads, conversions, and overall results.  
\- Meet and communicate with clients to understand their business goals, marketing needs, and concerns.  
\- Translate client requirements into practical digital marketing campaigns and recommendations.  
\- Prepare campaign updates and explain performance, insights, and next steps clearly to clients.  
\- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate campaign execution and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.  
\- Support SEO activities such as keyword research, content optimization, and performance tracking where required.  
\- Keep up to date with digital advertising trends, platform changes, and industry developments.  
  
Requirements:  
\- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.  
\- Hands-on experience in SEM / Google Ads is required.  
\- Able to set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns independently.  
\- Experience or knowledge in SEO will be an advantage.  
\- Comfortable meeting clients and able to understand their requirements, concerns, and expectations.  
\- Good communication and presentation skills.  
\- Able to interpret campaign data and provide practical recommendations.  
\- Experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency is an advantage, but not essential.
