Job responsibilities:  
\- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and expand market presence.  
\- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance company offerings.  
\- Lead and manage the business development team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.  
\- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.  
\- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.  
\- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of business development strategies.

Job requirements:

\- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.  
\- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic business plans.  
\- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and analyze data.  
\- Experience in the mobility or transportation industry is highly desirable.  
\- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
