## Description

\*\*Role Overview\*\*  
\- Be a pioneer member of the newly established NOC department.  
\- Engage in network monitoring and leverage AWS cloud services to enhance monitoring capabilities.  
\- Opportunity to learn and train in advanced network monitoring technologies.  
\- Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at automating and optimizing NOC operations, beyond routine incident management.  
  
\*\*Job Scope\*\*  
\- Monitor systems and network services to ensure optimal performance.  
\- Troubleshoot technical issues as part of L1 and L2 support.  
\- Track and manage incident reports.  
\- Handle incident management and escalation according to established policies and procedures.  
  
\*\*Must Have\*\*  
\- Experience with DNS management, including registration and renewal.  
\- Ability to manage WHOIS contacts and name servers.  
\- Basic experience with Linux systems.  
\- Familiarity with web servers, specifically Apache and NGINX.  
\- Basic knowledge of network and internet protocols.  
\- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.  
\- Experience with AWS Cloud Services.  
  
\*\*Nice to Have\*\*  
\- ITIL certification or knowledge.
