Salary Range: SGD 4000 - 5000

Position Overview:  
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and support our mission of academic excellence and student development. This role is ideal for industry professionals passionate about digital marketing and education.  
  
Key Responsibilities:  
  
Digital Marketing Strategy  
\- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance student recruitment and brand visibility.  
\- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.  
\- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.  
  
Lead Generation & Student Recruitment  
\- Generate quality leads and enquiries through digital platforms.  
\- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns and social media advertising.  
\- Collaborate with admissions and academic teams to achieve student recruitment goals.  
  
Content & Social Media Management  
\- Create and oversee engaging content for websites, social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital channels.  
\- Manage the institute's social media presence and online reputation.  
\- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and content creators as needed.  
  
Website & SEO  
\- Maintain and update the institute's website for accuracy and user-friendliness.  
\- Ensure website updates adhere to the latest Edutrust framework.  
\- Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and website traffic.  
\- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.  
  
Analytics & Reporting  
\- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics.  
\- Use data insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.  
\- Prepare regular marketing reports for management.  
  
Compliance  
\- Ensure marketing materials and campaigns comply with Singapore regulations, including PEI advertising guidelines and PDPA requirements.  
\- Participate in Edutrust renewals and compliance activities.  
  
Other Duties  
\- Lead and manage the Digital Marketing Team.  
\- Ensure timely event turnaround and coverage.  
\- Liaise with vendors for website, print, and other relevant services.  
\- Collaborate with teams from China and overseas.  
\- Manage artwork requests for the team.  
\- Assign and delegate work to team members.  
\- Ideate and create video content.  
\- Track marketing budgets.  
\- Use Asana for task tracking.  
\- Perform any other relevant duties as assigned.  
  
Requirements:  
  
Education & Experience  
\- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.  
\- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing.  
\- Experience in the education sector or student recruitment is advantageous.  
  
Skills & Competencies  
\- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.  
\- Excellent content writing and communication skills.  
\- Strong analytical and project management abilities.  
\- Ability to work independently and lead multiple team members and projects simultaneously.  
\- Comfortable working with students and appearing on-site for shoots and event coverage.  
\- Effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.  
\- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to engage diverse audiences and stakeholders.  
\- Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.  
\- Immediate availability or short notice is an advantage.
