We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Executive.  
  
Job Description:  
  
\- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.  
\- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities.  
\- Plan and manage multi-channel digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, display advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.  
\- Set up, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) to maximize ROI.  
\- Create and manage engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.  
\- Develop and maintain a content calendar and manage day-to-day social media activities, including community engagement.  
\- Optimize website content to improve SEO rankings and increase organic traffic.  
\- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.  
\- Build, segment, and maintain email marketing lists.  
\- Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.  
\- Perform basic graphic design and video editing to support marketing campaigns and ensure brand consistency.  
\- Stay updated with industry trends and propose new ideas to improve performance.  
\- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.  
  
Requirements:  
  
\- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.  
\- Minimum 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably within the education industry.  
\- Proven experience managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and performance marketing metrics.  
\- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media management, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.  
\- Demonstrated ability to analyse data and generate insights using platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, etc.  
\- Excellent skills in content strategy, storytelling, and digital engagement.  
\- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.  
\- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong attention to detail.  
\- Experience managing vendors, agencies, and creative freelancers.  
\- Proficiency in English; ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus to engage Mandarin-speaking markets and stakeholders.
