Job responsibilities:  
\- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.  
\- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships in target markets.  
\- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.  
\- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.  
\- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions to clients.  
\- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management and clients.  
\- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies and initiatives.  
\- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.  
\- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the technology or navigation industry.  
\- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the navigation and positioning sector.  
\- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  
\- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.  
\- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
\- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.  
\- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
