Equity Investment Manager / Assistant Investment Manager  
  
About our client:  
\- A top-tier Chinese asset management institution  
  
Location:  
\- Hong Kong  
  
Responsibilities:  
\- Proactively identify and screen high-quality equity investment opportunities, building and maintaining a robust deal pipeline.  
\- Lead the end-to-end execution of investment projects, including due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation, and closing.  
\- Oversee post-investment management of portfolio companies and provide value-added support.  
\- Participate in formulating exit strategies and assist in executing exit plans.  
  
Pre-requisites:  
\- Master’s degree or above, with a bachelor’s degree from a top-tier domestic or international university.  
\- 5-8 years of experience in private equity or related investment fields, with a track record of full-cycle project execution.  
\- Deep industry knowledge and an established network within relevant sectors.  
\- Diverse background preferred (e.g., primary/secondary markets, onshore/offshore, equity/debt, financial/investor or industrial investor perspectives).  
\- Strong financial modeling, due diligence analysis, and negotiation skills.  
\- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of independently managing deals and post-investment responsibilities.  
\- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.  
\- CFA or CPA designation preferred.
