## Description

Responsibilities:  
\- Implement and enforce Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) policies and procedures at project sites.  
\- Conduct daily site safety inspections and environmental inspections to ensure compliance and identify potential hazards.  
\- Prepare and review Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and Permit-To-Work (PTW) documentation.  
\- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.  
\- Monitor subcontractors' compliance with WSH and environmental requirements.  
\- Liaise with clients, consultants, building management, and authorities regarding safety and environmental matters.  
\- Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and site inductions for workers and stakeholders.  
\- Ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and National Environment Agency (NEA) regulations.  
\- Prepare safety and environmental reports and maintain proper documentation.  
\- Support project teams in maintaining a safe and productive work environment.  
  
Requirements:  
\- Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) and Environmental Control Officer (ECO) certification.  
\- Minimum 3 years of relevant construction safety experience.  
\- Experience in Addition & Alteration (A&A), renovation, fit-out, interior fit-out, upgrading, or maintenance projects is preferred.  
\- Familiarity with Permit-To-Work systems, work-at-height, hot work, lifting operations, and confined space requirements.  
\- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with subcontractors and project stakeholders.
