Job responsibilities:  
\- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal operation.  
\- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in a timely manner.  
\- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and implement preventive measures.  
\- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.  
\- Collaborate with other departments to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks.  
\- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.  
\- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.  
\- Provide technical support and guidance to junior maintenance staff.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.  
\- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.  
\- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.  
\- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  
\- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.  
\- Relevant certification or diploma in maintenance or engineering is preferred.  
\- Flexibility to work shifts and respond to emergency maintenance requests.
