## Description

Auditing Quantity Surveyor – Executive Commercial Audit | Not a generic site QS | Look beyond routine project reports to audit costs & subcon claims | Direct commercial advisor to President.

\-Interrogate commercial controls to identify risks, discrepancies & improvements.  
\-Deliver objective audit reports and independent risk assessments to C-suite.  
  
  
Experience you need:  
\-QS degree with commercial audit or internal audit experience.  
\-Ability to look beyond standard reports and scrutinize supporting paperwork.  
\-Expertise in subcon procurement, claims, variations, and final accounts.  
\-Confidence to challenge project reporting and present facts to C-suite.  
  
  
Nice to have:  
\-Exposure to data centres, cleanrooms, or complex industrial builds.
