## Description

Key Responsibilities  
  
\- Coordinate with M&E subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution.  
\- Review M&E drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.  
\- Monitor site progress, installation works, and workmanship to ensure works are completed according to schedule and quality standards.  
\- Coordinate M&E works with architectural and structural trades to resolve site clashes and technical issues.  
\- Attend site meetings, conduct inspections, and follow up on outstanding works and rectifications.  
\- Assist in material submissions, method statements, testing, commissioning, and project handover.  
\- Ensure M&E works comply with relevant statutory requirements, safety regulations, and project specifications.  
\- Provide regular progress updates and report any site-related issues to the Project Manager.  
  
About You  
  
\- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.  
\- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and coordinate M&E works on-site.  
\- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.  
\- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with project teams and subcontractors.  
\- Relevant M&E experience in the construction industry is preferred.  
\- Experience in Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects will be an added advantage.  
\- Experience working with a Main Contractor or M&E Subcontractor is preferred.  
\- Knowledge of M&E systems, including ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S), or Fire Protection, will be advantageous.
