Hyperscale Data Center Lead / Global PMC Oversight / Greater Bangkok / Greenfield Build & IST / US Tech Client

Experience you need:  
\-Background with top-tier international PMCs or tier-1 main contractors.  
\-Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying.  
\-Proven mastery in complex MEP integration, site controls, or IST.  
  
Nice to have / Bonus:  
\-Cross-sector experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or advanced industrial facilities.  
\-Track record leading hyperscale data center or greenfield mega-projects.  
\-Interface directly with global clients in spoken English (The PM will assist with paperwork)
