## Description

Our Banking client is looking for a Maker role to join the Treasures Team to assist on offshore account opening.  
  
Job responsibilities:  
\- Process account opening applications for Treasures accounts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.  
\- Verify and check all submitted documents for accuracy, completeness, and authenticity.  
\- Handle offshore account opening requests and ensure proper documentation and adherence to international banking standards.  
\- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or missing information in account applications.  
\- Maintain accurate records of account opening activities and ensure timely updates in the system.  
\- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to account opening processes.  
\- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in account opening operations.  
\- Ensure strict adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.  
\- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account opening or related banking operations, preferably in offshore accounts.  
\- Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, and regulatory compliance requirements.  
\- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in documentation.  
\- Proficiency in banking systems and software applications.  
\- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.  
\- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.  
\- Fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage.
