Job responsibilities:  
\- Participate in business development activities to expand client portfolio and market presence.  
\- Source, screen, and interview candidates for client vacancies using various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.  
\- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business objectives.  
\- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial brief to offer negotiation and onboarding.  
\- Provide consultative advice to clients and candidates regarding market trends, salary benchmarks, and career development.  
\- Meet and exceed individual and team recruitment targets.  
\- Coordinate and facilitate client meetings, candidate interviews, and feedback sessions.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency.  
\- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.  
\- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.  
\- Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates across various industries.  
\- Proficiency with recruitment tools, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite.  
\- Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.  
\- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates.  
\- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.  
\- Preferably CEI certified.
