Job responsibilities:  
\- Develop and implement strategic channel sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.  
\- Identify, recruit, and manage channel partners to drive sales growth and enhance partner relationships.  
\- Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans and marketing strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.  
\- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for channel partners to ensure they are well-equipped with product knowledge and sales techniques.  
\- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.  
\- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.  
\- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management.  
\- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.  
\- Proven experience in channel sales management within the network/security solutions industry.  
\- Strong understanding of cybersecurity and networking products and solutions.  
\- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  
\- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and stakeholders.  
\- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.  
\- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.  
\- Willingness to travel as required to meet with partners and attend industry events.
