Job responsibilities:  
\- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.  
\- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.  
\- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.  
\- Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.  
\- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.  
\- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.  
\- Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system.  
\- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress.  
\- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process.  
\- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.  
\- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.  
\- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.  
\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
\- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
\- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.  
\- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  
\- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
