Job Title: Head of Growth (AI SaaS)  
  
Role Overview  
\- Seeking a highly self-driven, data-savvy Head of Growth with a strong global mindset.  
\- Responsible for leading global market penetration and growth strategy for an AI recruiting SaaS product.  
\- Build a robust Product-Led Growth (PLG) funnel, combining SEO, influencer marketing, and performance advertising.  
\- Drive exponential growth in user acquisition, retention, and revenue.  
  
Key Responsibilities  
  
PLG Strategy Development & Execution  
\- Design and execute product-led growth pathways from 0 to 1 or from 1 to N.  
\- Optimize the full-funnel journey from signup and activation (Aha Moment) to monetization.  
\- Achieve scalable growth with high efficiency and low customer acquisition cost (CAC).  
  
Multi-Channel Acquisition Engine  
\- SEO / AIO: Lead global SEO strategy, leveraging AI to optimize content production and keyword rankings, capturing high-intent traffic in the AI recruiting space.  
\- Influencer & Community Marketing: Identify and build deep partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and key opinion consumers (KOCs) in tech and HR.  
\- Leverage AI influencer networks to establish brand trust and drive viral growth.  
\- Paid Acquisition Optimization: Manage global advertising budgets (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.), continuously improving ROI through rigorous A/B testing.  
  
Product & Data Mindset  
\- Deeply analyze user behavior data.  
\- Collaborate closely with the product team to embed growth experiments into product features (e.g., referral programs, viral loops, AI productivity tools).  
\- Create a closed-loop growth system.  
  
Global Market Insights  
\- Research recruitment market differences and regulatory requirements across regions (e.g., North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, GDPR compliance).  
\- Tailor go-to-market (GTM) strategies accordingly.  
  
Requirements  
  
Proven Global Expansion Experience  
\- 5+ years of SaaS growth experience.  
\- Strong track record of scaling AI or recruiting SaaS products internationally.  
\- Experience scaling from 0–1 to $10M+ ARR is a strong plus.  
  
Growth Expertise  
\- Deep understanding of PLG models.  
\- Hands-on experience with SEO, paid acquisition, and influencer marketing.  
\- Strong insights into next-generation, AI-native growth strategies (e.g., AIO).  
  
Exceptional Data Sense  
\- Proficient with growth analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, etc.  
\- Highly experiment-driven with strong logical and analytical skills.  
  
AI Recruiting Domain Knowledge  
\- Solid understanding of how AI is transforming recruitment workflows (screening, matching, interviewing).  
\- Ability to translate industry value into high-conversion marketing narratives.  
  
Communication & Execution  
\- Fluent in both Chinese and English.  
\- Strong cross-cultural collaboration skills.  
\- Ability to lead diverse teams with rapid iteration.  
  
Nice to Have  
\- Experience as an early growth hire or core contributor at a well-known PLG SaaS company.  
\- Extensive global media and KOL resources in the HR Tech space.
