We are looking for a driven, commercially minded Recruiter to manage a full 360° recruitment lifecycle. In this role, you won't just fill positions - you will drive business development, acquire new clients, source top-tier blue-collar talent, and build lasting partnerships.  
  
What You'll Do:  
\- Identify and proactively target prospective client companies through cold calling, networking, and industry events.  
\- Build and maintain a portfolio of client accounts, acting as a trusted talent partner.  
\- Negotiate terms of business, fee structures, and service level agreements with new and existing clients.  
\- Conduct regular client visits and check-ins to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.  
\- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.  
\- Conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability, motivation, and career aspirations.  
\- Manage candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer stage.  
\- Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future client requirements.  
  
Who You Are:  
\- 3–5 years experience in a 360° recruitment role, with a proven track record of billing in blue-collar/industrial verticals (Logistics, F&B, Retail, Manufacturing). Singapore market network is a plus.  
\- Skilled in managing large candidate pipelines, bulk screening, and utilising ATS automation.  
\- Unfazed by high rejection rates or last-minute candidate dropouts; able to pivot quickly and keep pipelines full.  
\- Focused on evaluating candidate reliability and capability rather than just formal CVs.
