Top Chinese Asset Management Firm.  
  
Job responsibilities:  
\- Develop and implement fixed income investment strategies to achieve client objectives and maximize returns.  
\- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and risks in the fixed income market.  
\- Manage a diversified portfolio of fixed income securities, including government bonds, corporate bonds, and other debt instruments.  
\- Monitor and evaluate portfolio performance, making adjustments as necessary to align with market conditions and investment goals.  
\- Collaborate with research analysts and other investment professionals to gather insights and support investment decisions.  
\- Prepare and present detailed investment reports and performance reviews to clients and senior management.  
\- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all investment activities.  
\- Stay informed about global economic trends, interest rate movements, and other factors impacting the fixed income market.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or CFA designation preferred.  
\- 5–10 years of solid experience in interest rate strategy and portfolio management; bank proprietary trading background strongly preferred.  
\- Proven track record of managing fixed income portfolios and achieving performance targets.  
\- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.  
\- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate investment strategies and performance to clients and stakeholders.  
\- Proficiency in financial modeling and portfolio management software.  
\- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
