Top Chinese Securities Firm.  
  
Key Responsibilities:  
\- Lead or play a core role in the full-process execution of Hong Kong IPO projects, including preparation, due diligence, prospectus drafting and revision, regulatory communication, roadshow arrangement, pricing and placement, and listing, ensuring compliance with HKEX listing rules, SFC regulations, and relevant laws.  
\- Coordinate project teams and external intermediaries by assigning tasks, controlling progress and quality, and resolving professional issues that arise during project execution.  
\- Oversee due diligence processes (business, financial, legal), identify potential risks, and propose solutions to ensure information disclosure is true, accurate, and complete.  
\- Participate in the formulation of pricing strategies, organize roadshows, and execute placement activities, working closely with the Capital Markets team to ensure smooth issuance.  
\- Monitor Hong Kong IPO market trends and regulatory changes, integrating policy updates into project execution.  
\- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing professional guidance and training to enhance team efficiency.  
\- Collaborate with internal departments such as Capital Markets, Compliance, and Risk Control, and assist Executive Director/Managing Director in client relationship management and business development.  
  
Requirements  
\- Education & Professional Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Law, Economics, or related fields. CPA/CFA qualification is a plus. Must possess solid professional knowledge of Hong Kong IPO processes, HKEX rules, and SFC regulations.  
\- Work Experience: Minimum of 6 years of Investment Banking Division (IBD) experience, with core participation or leadership in full-process Hong Kong IPO projects. Team management experience is preferred.  
\- Language & Communication: Must be fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
