Job Summary:  
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to oversee the full product lifecycle for an assigned portfolio of network, security, or application solutions. This role is suited for a commercially driven professional with strong channel-sales experience, vendor relationship management skills, and a proven track record in building profitable go-to-market strategies. The Product Manager will collaborate with technology principals, channel partners, internal sales teams, and end-user accounts to expand market share, achieve annual sales targets, and strengthen the partner ecosystem across Malaysia.  
  
Key Responsibilities:  
\- Own and grow the assigned product portfolio, ensuring achievement of sales targets and profitability objectives.  
\- Develop annual business plans, go-to-market strategies, partner recruitment plans, marketing initiatives, and resource plans.  
\- Manage relationships with technology principals, including commercial negotiations, funnel reviews, quarterly business reviews, and joint customer visits.  
\- Collaborate with channel sales teams to recruit, develop, and enable focus partners.  
\- Build direct relationships with end-user accounts to identify opportunities and increase awareness of assigned solutions.  
\- Drive pipeline development and follow up on customer projects with principals and channel partners.  
\- Maintain strong knowledge of assigned products, technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings.  
\- Deliver product and technology training to internal teams and channel partners.  
\- Monitor sales performance, profitability, pipeline health, and market opportunities.  
\- Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and work within a team of four.  
  
Product Portfolio:  
Depending on the assigned role, you may manage solutions within:  
\- Network Solutions: Switching, wireless access points, and related infrastructure solutions.  
\- Security and Application Solutions: Email security, application security, and cybersecurity solutions.  
\- Cloud Data and Application Security: Solutions focused on government and GLC market segments.  
  
Target Market:  
\- Malaysia market only  
\- Annual sales target of approximately RM10 million to RM12 million  
\- Quarterly commission payout  
\- OTE split: 70% base salary / 30% variable commission  
  
Requirements:  
\- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager within the IT industry.  
\- Proven experience managing network, security, application, or cloud security solutions.  
\- Strong background in channel sales, partner recruitment, partner enablement, and partner management.  
\- Experience managing relationships with technology vendors or principals.  
\- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and maintaining product profitability.  
\- Strong commercial, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.  
\- Experience engaging directly with end-user accounts and identifying new business opportunities.  
\- Ability to conduct product training for internal teams and channel partners.  
\- Malaysian citizen or permanent resident.  
\- Able to work onsite in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.  
  
Preferred Qualifications:  
\- Experience managing network solutions such as switches and access points.  
\- Experience in security, application security, cybersecurity, or cloud security solutions.  
\- Experience conducting quarterly business reviews with principals.  
\- Background in digital enablement or transformation projects.  
\- Familiarity with modern cybersecurity technologies.  
\- Experience working across Malaysia, Brunei, or Thailand markets.  
\- Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred for certain network, security, and application solution portfolios due to partner and vendor communication requirements.
