Job Responsibilities:  
\- Assist the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S) works for new build projects.  
\- Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure work is carried out according to project schedule and specifications.  
\- Coordinate with Main Contractors, Consultants, Clients, and subcontractors on project matters.  
\- Review construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.  
\- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of works.  
\- Prepare method statements, work schedules, material submissions, and technical documentation.  
\- Coordinate material deliveries, manpower, and site resources.  
\- Attend site meetings and technical coordination meetings.  
\- Ensure all P&S installations comply with PUB, BCA, and project requirements.  
\- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets required standards.  
\- Identify and resolve technical and site issues promptly.  
\- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company safety procedures.  
\- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management.  
  
Job Requirements:  
\- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.  
\- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Plumbing & Sanitary works.  
\- Experience in new build projects such as HDB, Condominium, and Commercial developments is preferred.  
\- Able to read and interpret construction and M&E drawings.  
\- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.  
\- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced construction environment.
