M&E Quantity Surveyor  
  
Company Overview  
\- Listed Malaysian Main Contractor with over 35 years of establishment.  
\- Proven track record in delivering industrial, infrastructure, and data centre projects.  
\- Currently undertaking a new data centre project for a global client.  
  
Responsibilities  
\- Perform cost planning, budgeting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.  
\- Manage contracts, including handling variations and progress claims.  
\- Support commercial reporting and assist with project close-out activities.  
  
Requirements  
\- Experience in CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) cost management.  
\- Exposure to data centre or complex construction projects is preferred.
