## Description

Regional Sales Manager – Asia Pacific  
  
Responsibilities:  
\- Lead and develop a team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).  
\- Achieve regional sales targets and revenue goals.  
\- Implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.  
\- Build relationships with key accounts and partners in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.  
\- Use Salesforce to track team performance and forecasts.  
\- Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members.  
  
Requirements:  
\- Minimum 7 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.  
\- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.  
\- CRM experience required; Salesforce strongly preferred.  
\- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performance teams.  
\- Experience in the Technology or SaaS industry.  
\- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.  
\- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
