Job Responsibilities  
  
\- Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.  
\- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.  
\- Conduct research to stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.  
\- Optimize and fine-tune AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.  
\- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and drive data-driven decision-making.  
\- Develop and maintain documentation for AI models, processes, and workflows.  
\- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.  
\- Contribute to the overall growth of the AI engineering team.  
  
Job Requirements  
  
\- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.  
\- Ideally 3 years of experience developing and deploying AI and machine learning models in a professional setting; fresh graduates with relevant work or internship experience are also welcome to apply.  
\- Strong programming skills in Python or Java, with experience in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.  
\- Familiarity with LLMs, AI Agents, Multi-Model Orchestration, and Application Engineering.  
\- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.  
\- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for AI model deployment.  
\- Proficiency in working with large datasets and data preprocessing techniques.  
\- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.  
\- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.  
  
Nice to Have  
  
\- Mandarin proficiency is a plus, as the role may involve communicating with clients in China.
