About the company:  
Our client is a leading provider of data management solutions, specializing in cutting-edge technology to optimize data storage and processing.  
Job responsibilities:  
\-Act as the main point of contact with banks and headquarters for day-to-day financial transactions  
\-Process payments across the APAC region, including bank transfers and H2H payments  
\-Oversee the management of bank and H2H payment accounts  
\-Implement and enhance automation within financial systems  
\-Provide payment-related support to departments such as Order Operations, Delivery, Sales, and GSM  
\-Liaise with banks and payment vendors on behalf of APAC entities  
\-Assist with month-end closing procedures  
\-Support both internal and external audit processes  
\-Assist with bank account openings, KYC compliance, signatory updates, and other administrative requirements  
\-Prepare and manage finance/banking documentation  
\-Carry out additional ad hoc tasks as needed  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.  
\- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or payment processing roles.  
\- Strong understanding of financial regulations and payment processing systems.  
\- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.  
\- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.  
\- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.  
\- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
